Easily reached by plane from Brest (Guipavas airport) or by train from Brest, Morlaix or even Santec depending on the time! Situated on the coast of Brittany, North Finistere and 600m from the sea you will be charmed by this rental residence of 230m2 completely new and fully equipped.

In the heart of Santec, at a walking distance to all facilities such as dentist, doctor, physiotherapist, chemistry, grocery, bakery, bar, ATM, etc

Furthermore you can have a look to the sea and the Isle of Batz from the living room or from the balconies when you are having your breakfast or a drink...

At ground floor

    Bedroom SE : 2 beds plus one hideaway bed for up to 3 persons.
    On demand, a second cot (folding bed) will be provided.

  • Huge cellar with washing machine, drying machine and storage space.

When you are in the hall at bottom of the staircase you can access the first floor consisting of,

  • A large open plan living room of more than 100m2 with fully fitted kitchen where you can relax in great comfort with flat screen TV, internet, DVD player and HiFi Cabasse.
  • Flat shower room, washbasin, heating towel rail, toilets.
  • A restroom with a hideaway bed that can accomodate 2 persons.
